By consenting to these terms of sale and completing your purchase you hereby acknowledge that you understand that your purchase or custom order is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Product returns may only take place per the terms of our Warranty Policy.
All custom orders are made to order to your exact specs. We do not quote lead times or guarantee delivery dates; production will take as long as it takes your order to move through our craftsmens' order queues. We strive to offer the best and fastest service we can, but due to limited production capacity and high demand for our products our order backlog can sometimes be considerable. We always endeavor to give clients our best estimate for how long expected wait times can be for custom orders, but under no circumstance do we ever commit to delivery deadlines for custom products. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products all sales are final once the spec sheet is approved and payment is received. In the event of the cancelation of a project by the client, no money will be refunded.
