Warranty & Returns

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.  

All National Custom Works ("NCW") irons, wedges, and putters are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from NCW or from authorized NCW dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only. Make sure to keep a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.  If the original Proof Of Purchase cannot be provided on a warranty return, NCW will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period. NCW will first try to repair the product and will only replace it if it cannot be repaired. Products that are replaced will be replaced with an equal valued product to be determined by NCW. If that product is not available we will upgrade where applicable.

Any problems resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal and natural wear are not covered by this policy.

Please note that product finishes (e.g. chrome, nickel plating, black oxide, PVD, etc.) are not covered under this warranty policy.  Maintenance of golf club finishes is the responsibility of customers.  NCW is not responsible for rust, decay, degradation, scratching, dulling, or any other change in the finish of a golf club.  

The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost incurred to return a product to NCW. NCW will pay all shipping charges to return a product or its replacement back to the customer.    

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges for non-warranty purposes are not allowed.

Please remember to include all of your contact information including a copy of the original purchase receipt, email, phone number and return shipping address on any returned items.
